I have tried to use the FixIt program as said in multiple other threads however this does not fix the problem. Following this, I attempted a manual removal as well, to no avail. I have the same question Report abuse. Details required :. Cancel Submit. Hi Payne. Its looks like the manual uninstallation was not been completed properly. Try performing the manual uninstallation office following the article below, Once done restart the computer and try installing office.
