My keyboard and mouse work fine in bios. At the windows screen with date and time my keyboard and mouse do nothing. I can't even get to the next screen to enter my pin. Can't get into bios to change boot order to use repair disk, can't even get into safe mode because both require pushing the f8 or f12 buttons.. I'm stumped.. I ended up taking it to the shop and the guy there hooked up a ps2 keyboard and it worked then he hooked up a mouse later.

He said you have to power of pc before connecting ps2 keyboard or the computer won't detect it. With a keyboard he was able to go into device manager and get the wireless stuff back up and running. Don't ask me all that he did because I couldn't really tell for certain.
